If you do not wish to give out your CREDIT CARD NUMBER, we are not the right fit for you. Online prepaid is available at your convenient. Or cash paid after service is rendered.

What is Therapeutic Wellness Now refund and cancellation policy?

At Therapeutic Wellness Now, we value the time and commitment of both our clients and our dedicated therapists. To maintain the integrity of our schedule and provide exceptional service to all guests, we require a valid credit card at the time of booking — even for same-day appointments.

We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made within this window are eligible for a full refund or credit toward a future visit.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time are eligible for a 50% refund or credit, as our therapists have reserved that time exclusively for you.

Same-day cancellations or missed appointments (no-shows) will be charged in full, as this time cannot be filled on short notice.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation, which allow us to continue offering the highest level of care and attention to every guest. Our goal is always to ensure a smooth, respectful, and relaxing experience from the moment you book to the time you leave our spa
