This spa monthly membership would allow you to use a massage or a facial each month plus some added complimentary services and a special gift on your birthday for just $99 a month. The good thing about it, you can canceled at any time with 30 days notice or put it on hold until your return.
An automatic charge will be deducted from your card on the 1st or the 15th of each month with your sign consent.
